Baker’s induction

The goal of this induction program is to ensure that the baker feels confident, informed, and prepared for their role. It's also an opportunity to establish clear expectations and standards, and to ensure that the worker understands their rights, roles and responsibilities.

This is achieved by this uncompromising digital platform that approves and registers personnel that meet the minimum requirements to be on the platform including uploading of relevant required documents, training and or induction material compulsory for everyone.
